Ad work is included in the price of the ad with the materials provided by you. If you are in the Santa Cruz Valley, we are happy to take images of the displays you may arrange and help you develop basic logos and themes, all included in the listed ad price.

Our smaller ads are an excellent way to show perhaps one image with concise information, and can be an effective way of establishing your brand on the minds of the readership or advertise your book, merchandise or website.
Classified ads We have an inexpensive way to get your message across to the readers, who don't miss a line. We call them the conversation classifieds. Sizes start at 5" wide by 1" high and accommodate however many words you would like to fit in 12pt Times New Roman.

Deadline: around the 20th of each month.
The sooner you can make your reservation and arrange for material submission, the better. We like to work the theme and aesthetics of your ad into the content as best we can, and time helps with that.
The Tubac Villager is distributed throughout the Santa Cruz Valley, principally in Tubac, Tumacacori, Carmen, Green Valley, Nogales, Rio Rico, Amado and Arivaca, Arizona in public racks and participating businesses.
The Tubac Villager is also made available at 180 Tucson locations and 400 Phoenix locations.

The Tubac Villager is printed on 35lb highbright with the latest technology in offset web printing. Our printers bring a whole new approach to web printing, with vivid, rich color builds and remarkable accuracy in print registration.
Printing area, 10.25" wide by 13" high, tabloid page.
Pages 2, 3, 4, Center Spread and back page available for reservation fee of 10%. Returning advertisers are rotated into available prime positions.
For copy-ready ads, PDF is best. Keep image resolution at 200-300 dpi, at the size it will print.
Individual files
Text: simply pasting text into your email message is best, without formatting. Give special instructions or save with basic formatting in a word file or rtf (rich text file).
Please no .docx, Corel, Pagemaker or Publisher files.

We work in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver from Adobe CS4 generation software. Compatable files are welcome by disk or ftp server.
Images: jpg, tiff or png files saved at 300dpi, at the size they will print. If you are saving for web-transfer at 72 dpi, please increase the physical size of the image accordingly.
The maximum size a file should need to be is about 8 mb, however, optimally, it should not need to exceed 4 mb.
We print on a 4-color offset web press, so keep in mind that for the best reproduction of solid black fields and text, use only single color black.
